Jennifer has been recognised for services to Classical Music in the Queen’s Birthday Honours. She said ‘I am very honoured and in these hard times I will continue to strive to save the arts in the UK as the healing power of music is needed now more than ever’.
Jennifer joined actress Vanessa Redgrave, mayor of Greater Manchester Andy Burnham and theatre director Marianne Elliott on the steps of Manchester Central Library to call for urgent support of the cultural sector.
